Questions before you order

How do I place an order?

Add dishes from any kitchen to your cart, choose delivery, takeaway or dine-in, then pay with UPI, card, net banking, a wallet or cash. You get an order number and live tracking straight away.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 25 to 35 minutes within our 6 km radius. The live ETA in tracking accounts for cooking time and traffic.

Can I schedule an order for later?

Yes. In checkout pick “Later” and choose a 30-minute slot up to 11 hours ahead. We start cooking so it arrives in your slot.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI (any app or QR), Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and Amex cards, net banking, popular wallets, and cash on delivery for orders under ₹2,000.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is ₹39 and free on orders above ₹499. The full bill, including GST and packing, is shown before you pay.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel free of charge until the kitchen accepts it, usually within the first two minutes. Table deposits are refundable up to 2 hours before your slot.
